Refund policy
This return and refund policy applies to orders placed through the official Lunergy website. For questions or to submit a return request, you can contact our support team at support@lunergypower.com.
Orders placed through the official Lunergy website can be fully refunded as long as they have not yet been shipped.
Please note that your payment provider may charge transaction fees. These fees are outside Lunergy’s control.
Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged, and complete.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned with the original packaging, accessories, and manuals. You will also need the invoice, receipt, or another valid proof of purchase.
Return requests after 14 days are not eligible for a full refund or exchange.
You may return the product yourself or request a pickup service through Lunergy.
Return costs, starting from €80, will be deducted from the refund amount. The final costs may depend on the product, location, and chosen return method.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the product is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible.
Our support team will assess the issue and offer an appropriate solution depending on the situation.

Prepare the product
- Make sure the product is unused and undamaged
- Include the original packaging
- Include all accessories and manuals
- Follow Lunergy’s return instructions
Assessment & refund
After receiving and assessing the returned product, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Where local consumer law provides longer or additional rights, those legal provisions take precedence over this return and refund policy. Lunergy reserves the right to assess return requests based on the condition of the product, the return period, and the proof of purchase.
