Shipping is free for orders placed through the official Lunergy website, unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Any additional costs resulting from a failed delivery or pickup due to personal reasons on the customer’s side may be charged to the customer.
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully completed. If the product is in stock and the order is placed on a business day before 16:00, the order is usually shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 16:00, on weekends, or on public holidays are normally processed on the next business day.
In most cases, your order will be delivered on the next available delivery day after shipment. For products that are in stock, you will usually receive your order on the next business day.
You will receive a shipping or delivery notification once the package is on its way or once the carrier has scheduled the delivery.
Our products are delivered by a carrier or transport partner. The carrier delivers within an agreed or previously communicated time slot.
Please make sure someone is present at the specified delivery address to receive the package. For some products, a signature upon receipt may be required.
If a delivery or pickup is unsuccessful due to personal reasons on the customer’s side, for example because no one is present at the agreed time or because the delivery address was entered incorrectly, the resulting costs may be charged to the customer.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to change a delivery or if you experience any issues with the scheduled delivery.
Please check the package for visible damage upon receipt. If the packaging or product is damaged, we recommend reporting this directly to the carrier and contacting Lunergy as soon as possible.
If possible, take photos of the damage and keep the original packaging so we can properly assess the issue.
