Warranty Policy

This warranty applies to customers who purchased Lunergy products through the official Lunergy website or through an authorized Lunergy dealer or partner. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not covered by this warranty. Our support team is happy to help — contact us at support@lunergypower.com.

1 Warranty period

The warranty period begins on the date of receipt as stated on your invoice, purchase receipt, or proof of delivery.

* Where local consumer law provides longer minimum warranty periods, those provisions take precedence.

⚠ Battery maintenance — important
The battery warranty is only valid if: (1) the battery is fully charged within 30 days of receipt, and (2) recharged at least once every 3 months thereafter. Failure to meet these conditions may void the battery warranty.
2 Warranty service

Depending on the nature of the issue, Lunergy may offer one or more of the following solutions:

  1. Remote assistance, firmware or software updates
  2. Repair after return
  3. Replacement of the product
  4. Partial refund (based on usage)
  5. On-site service (where applicable)
3 Warranty exclusions

Lunergy products are designed, manufactured, and tested in accordance with applicable European safety standards. The warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from use contrary to the official instructions, including but not limited to:

  • Deep discharge or overcharging of the battery
  • Use of non-original or unapproved accessories
  • Unauthorized opening, modification, or repair of the product
  • Use under extreme conditions (temperature, humidity, corrosion)
  • Physical damage such as falls, water damage, or external impact
  • Inability to provide valid proof of purchase
  • Force majeure: lightning, fire, floods, power surges, natural disasters, war, etc.
  • Misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, theft, or loss
  • Products with a removed or illegible serial number
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
  • Free products, promotional items, or gifts
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  • Use outside the country or region of purchase
4 Returns & refunds

Order cancellation: Orders placed through the official Lunergy website can be fully refunded as long as they have not yet been shipped. Please note that your payment provider may charge transaction fees.

14-day return right: Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged, and complete with the original packaging, accessories, and manuals. Return requests after 14 days are not eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return shipping: You may return the product yourself or request a pickup service via Lunergy. Return costs (from €80) will be deducted from the refund amount.
